Off of Chance 3 set to arrive later tonight.

Chance the Rapper shook the world up a bit with the announcement of his new album Chance 3. Now it appears that the album will hit the net around 11pm tonight, but in the meantime he gives Zane Lowe the go ahead to premiere “No Problem” on his Beats 1 radio show.
