In the past couple of years we have seen a resurgence of the EP. Typically consisting of 3-8 tracks, the EP is a brief introduction to an artist catalog with the hope of luring you in to listen to a full body of work. Now sometimes those 3-8 tracks will make you upset because of the length and other times you wish they would have just dropped a single.
