An Hour Of Classic Samples

A couple of weeks ago my cousin hit me with a simple message, “You should check this out”. It was during my #NameWhoSampled series we do on Instagram. So considering that my cuz is a big hip-hop head, I knew it was something worth checking. Lets just say I’m glad I did. The homie Akshun Love has been in the game for a minute now both on the DJ side and as a producer, especially with Special Ed, 2Pac, Biggie and more.

More recently he’s been putting in work over at 101.1 The Fam and it was there where I heard his Sample Show mix. This is just volume one of his Sample Show mixes and hopefully more to come. We have volume 2 already and you will be able to hear it next week. Until then…sit back…Relax and Listen!
