A gem from 1995.

Man 1995 was definitely a special year. Not only did my Braves win a World Series, but it was a great year for hip-hop. We got classics albums like Goodie Mob’s Soul Food, Raekwon’s Only Built 4 Cuban Linx…, Mobb Deep’s The Infamous, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony’s E. 1999 Eternal, Tha Dogg Pound’s Dogg Food and that’s just a few of them. One album that was in the works was The Fugees’ The Score LP.

The trio consisting of Wyclef Jean, Pras and Lauryn Hill, already had Blunted on Reality project out and was starting to make some noise. Around that time they found their way at Tim Westwood’s show and began to give a freestyle performance.
