JAY Z moved the pendulum in hip-hop once again a couple of days ago with his B-Sides concert live from Terminal 5 in New York City. For a night (well two nights to be exact) he went back and performed some classics from his catalog that reminded me that Hov really has those bars.

He reunited with State Property (Beans included) and put on one heck of a show. The standout of course was his “Stream of Consciousness” freestyle where JAY spoke on everything from Spotify to Steve Jobs. The verse more than defended his case for TIDAL and in my opinion opened the eyes and ears of the public.

Today we get him performing the freestyle backstage during what appears to be a rehearsal for fellow Roc Nation label mates including Jay Electronica, Vic Mensa and more. Of course it premiered on TIDAL and of course someone already ripped it for our viewing pleasure. Check it out down bottom.
