After  a 4 year semi-hiatus, Winning Team emcee, singer, producer Spooks McGhie has finally released a new album. Well… An EP. A quick 20 minute ode to the summer.

As per the Spooks McGhie trope, this project contains elements of many different genres of music (Funk, Disco,  Trap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, etc) but the transitions between styles are virtually seamless.

It is a quick listen but definitely worth it. The project has some surprise guest appearances like Tryf Bindope, Vitamin Cea,  Queen Amina, B’Woy Leven, Spooks’ baby sister “Giftz” and buttery production by Fasol Prod. It also has a slew of vocal cameos from friends and family members that set the nostalgic tone.
