The Fayettenam goat says it 4 Your Eyez Only.

J.Cole is back at it again! Today we get word that Cole will drop his upcoming album, 4 Your Eyez Only on December 9th as a link was made available to pre-order on iTunes.

While Cole himself has not made an official announcement, its very seldom that a preorder link doesn’t tell a story that we all want to read. Also let’s not forget a couple of months ago he said “this is my last show for a very long time”. Us hip-hop heads immediately took that as he was back in the lab working on something new and if that hold true, we will see it for ourselves next week.

And if you are feeling a bit of déjà vu, remember we did see this happen on his multi-platinum album 2014 Forest Hills Drive that was released on December 9th back in 2014.

UPDATE: In addition to announcing his new album, J.Cole delivers a 40-minute documentary titled Eyez.

During the Scott Lazer-directed doc, we see Cole make music and talk life after releasing 2014 Forest Hills Drive. We also see a visual for a song titled “False Prophets” where Cole apparently goes at Kanye West or perhaps Drake with the line “fall from grace was hard to take.”…who knows. Of course its all speculative right now and surely the truth will come to light, but in the meantime judge for yourself. You can see the whole doc below via TIDAL and if you rather skip to the “beef” then head to the 30:38 mark.

And if you don’t have TIDAL check out the visuals for “False Prophets” and “Everybody Dies” before its taken down below.
