R.I.P. Thomas Gilyard.

When I first saw this one hit my inbox, it was bittersweet. The homie Thomas Gilyard recently passed due to complications from an accident. As a personal fan of his work and even one of those artist who supported me forever, it was refreshing to see that his name will forever live on through the music.

Today we are reminded of just how dope he was as him and Elliott Niezel connect on “C’est La Vie”. Recorded in Elliott Niezel’s hotel room in Austin for SXSW 2014, the Confidence Beats-produced single is off of Niezel’s upcoming Santa Barbara Confidential EP, set for an August 19th release.
