Dance WIth Me

Multi-talented rising star Kevin Miller, formerly known as Konscious, is starting to make some serious noise in the Pacific Northwest.

“Dance with Me,” Miller’s second commercial single, will be released to the public July 5th, 2016 on all of the major online music platforms.

Miller, a 22-year-old music producer, songwriter and vocalist from Bothell, Washington, has been making music for the past 10 years, always with the goals of uplifting and educating his audiences and supporting youth who are victims of bullying.

His music production has been featured on the MTV show “True Life,” an upcoming major feature film soon to be in theaters and, most recently, as a part of a time-lapse video created by well-known Seattle artist Keegan Hall.

The time-lapse video features Hall drawing Seattle Seahawk Michael Bennett. After the video’s release, Bennett and Hall teamed up to sell copies of the drawing of the energetic defensive end. All the proceeds were donated to Michael Bennett’s charity foundation, the Bennett Foundation. Miller and fellow singer/songwriter Josh Landis, out of Everett, Washington, recorded and produced the soundtrack, which featured vocals from Seattle hip-hop artists Neema and Musie. This project was showcased on the Seattle Seahawks official Twitter page and on Seattle’s Q13 Fox News.

Miller released his debut music video “Me and The Homies” back in 2014 as a part of his Konscious Movement to support youth in his community who are victimized by bullying, like he was growing up. He has worked with children in his community for the past eight years. Miller has been a Northshore YMCA summer camp counselor, a Western Washington University Compass 2 Campus youth mentor and a Northshore Youth Basketball Association referee. In 2014, he was asked to speak as a panelist to a group of talented and ambitious junior high students at the Students of Color Career Conference hosted at Everett Community College.

Miller launched his production company All Approach in June 2016. “Dance With Me” is no exception to Miller’s positive contributions to his community. The song, which features an artist by the name of J, is the perfect track for the summertime.

J is a singer, songwriter and producer originally from Phoenix, Arizona. He is the president of his own company, Seedsafe LLC. He and Miller met in Bellingham, Washington, and created “Dance with Me” in the hopes of inspiring others to cast their worries away and dance. The uplifting song expresses Miller’s positive spirit.

“Dance with Me” is available July 5 on all of the major online music platforms.
