Hard work pays off for the Arizona emcee.

A couple of weeks ago we had the opportunity to talk with Arizona emcee Gospel Lee for our podcast. That was right on the heels of him releasing his Brilliant EP and now that the numbers are in, we get the official word that Gospel Lee lands on Billboard. Gospel Lee’s sophomore EP Brilliant debuted on Billboard this week. This marks his first appearance on the charts as the independently released album sits at #47 on the Christian Albums Chart and #5 on the Heatseakers Midwest Region chart. Brilliant is joined on the Christian Albums chart by Tobymac’s This Is Not A Test at no. 1, Lecrae’s Anomaly at no.19, and NF’s Mansion at no. 20.
