With a style all his own, North Carolina MC, Mars The MC serves us dish of Hip Hop.

When I first listened to Mars, I immediately thought of an early version of Pusha T. It might be the NC/VA feel that gives it that almost southernsound. Mars talks about putting his music together, the realness of his music, authenticity and shows off his hard work ethic in his intro.

The beat selection for this project fit perfectly with Mars style of rap. Although he’s not your average rapper who sticks to things lke word place and rhyming, Mars still puts his own style together in his expression. Musically, it’s still sound.

Mars, like all artist, wants to be heard; articulation of his feelings in the form of rap. I see potential for this indie artist as he continues on his journey and develops into his true potiential.
