This record from Chicago’s own Vic Spencer is a true testament of what happens when you create hip-hop organically. The DC produced “24k Visuals” came about after Vic was digging in the crates for loops and came across this sample from “The Crow” by DITC’s member OC. The rest is history with bars to prove it.
