A couple of days ago I came across some music from an artist out of Nashville, TN. Now I know what you thinking, there is not a lot of hip-hop from Nashville. Well you would be wrong this time around. Yes it may be the home of some of the best country music in the world, but this emcee is slowly making everyone change their train of thought. Lazies meet Brown. His music is what I like to call artistically expressed random thoughts. This guy’s sound is hard to be duplicated and that is exactly what you want in this game called hip-hop. He speaks the truth and is not afraid to be vulnerable in his music. About 6 months ago he released his 7:22 EP, which I have had on repeat now since discovering his music. Word is the homie is in Atlanta right now for a couple of days and hopefully we will get the opportunity to chop it up with him for a few minutes while he is here.
